At I to We Collaborative, we strive to transform organizational dynamics. Our mission is to redefine workplace culture, ensuring everyone feels safe and valued. Our team combines diverse backgrounds and expertise, fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation. Founder
Stephanie Robertson is an equity-centered leader whose work focuses on building more inclusive, connected, and culturally responsive systems. Her career has centered on helping organizations move beyond surface-level diversity efforts toward deeper work around identity, belonging, psychological safety, and structural change.
Stephanie’s path has taken her from corporate law to higher education to mental health equity, with a consistent focus on access, belonging, and systems change. She holds a BA from Duke University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. In higher education, she worked to expand pathways to graduate and professional programs for historically underserved students before leading culture change efforts at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business focused on identity, belonging, psychological safety, and mental wellbeing. Through her work with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Stephanie has continued advancing equity by partnering with community organizations, advocates, NAMI State Organizations and Affiliates, and national partners.
Outside of her professional work, Stephanie enjoys jogging, making handmade jewelry, and spending time with her mini Goldendoodle, Indie.
